Salsa anyone?





Home made, fresh salsa is SO easy! 


Eat it with some healthy chips...


Top your taco's with it...

Put it on top of some chicken and bake in the oven. 

The possibilities are endless!!



5 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
10 scallions
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime)
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt


In a blender or food processor, pulse the tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno peppers, and cilantro to desired consistency. Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lime juice, hot pepper sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

EAT.
