Baked potatoes. Yup! Easy as 1, 2, 3.
They take forever to cook in the oven, and the microwaved version is just gross.
Wash and but don't dry the potatoes, prick with a fork, sprinkle with sea salt or any other seasoning you would like and wrap in foil. Cook on low for 8 hours. The more potatoes you have stacked, the longer they should cook.
Serve these with cheese, butter, sour cream, or other toppings; healthy chili

Steak Mushroom & Onion
Top your baked potato with strips of steak, caramelized onions, cooked peppers & mushrooms and a sprinkling of low fat cheese.
Spread goat cheese and chives over potato. Top with diced tomato, avocado and cucumber. Sprinkle with cilantro and alfalfa sprouts.
Top baked potato with black beans, low fat cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, cilantro and jalapeños.
