I picked up a rotisserie chicken today while shopping. Hmmmm, what to make for lunches this week? A toasted whole wheat pita pocket stuffed with 4 oz of chicken, a tablespoon of this delicious Litehouse Salsa Ranch dressing and lots of broccoli slaw. I'll stir fry the slaw and store in the fridge and I've already broken down the chicken into a storage container.
It will be quick, easy and healthy lunches this week!!
