Oatmeal topped with chopped nuts and sliced bananas.
Whole grain cereal with skim milk and fresh berries.
Turkey slices on whole grain tortilla with a slice of reduced fat cheese and sliced avocado.
Whole grain waffles with low-sugar syrup topped with fresh berries.
Fruit salad (fresh) mixed with low-fat cottage cheese.
Your fav fruits; blueberries, strawberries, banana mixed with some greek yogurt and granola. Wrap it up in a flatbread wrap!
And, of course, there is always the smoothie!!
Banana Ginger Smoothie: 1 banana, 6 oz vanilla yogurt, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp grated ginger.
Orange Dream Creamsicle: 1 orange, 1/4 c fat free yogurt, 2 tbsp orange juice concentrate, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 4 ice cubes.
Strawberry Smoothie: 6 frozen strawberries, 1 cup non-fat yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 c orange juice.
Pineapple Smoothie: 6 ice cubes, 1 c pineapple chunks, 1 c light vanilla yogurt.
