Fruit Breakfast Ideas

There are a lot of ways to incorporate fruit into your breakfasts. Here are some quick and easy ways to do so!

Oatmeal topped with chopped nuts and sliced bananas.

Whole grain cereal with skim milk and fresh berries.

Turkey slices on whole grain tortilla with a slice of reduced fat cheese and sliced avocado.

Whole grain waffles with low-sugar syrup topped with fresh berries.

Fruit salad (fresh) mixed with low-fat cottage cheese.

Your fav fruits; blueberries, strawberries, banana mixed with some greek yogurt and granola. Wrap it up in a flatbread wrap!

And, of course, there is always the smoothie!!
