Bread is not a necessity with this burger!
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 4 oz shredded cheese
- butter lettuce
- 4 slices low sodium bacon
- Store bought Pico de gallo / Salsa
- Cook the bacon and set aside.
- Mix the ground turkey with the seasonings and half the cheese.
- Cook four burgers in a skillet or grill pan (use cooking spray). Add cheese towards the end.
- Serve the burgers on lettuce with the salsa and bacon on top.
