Low Carb Cheeseburger




Bread is not a necessity with this burger!

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 oz shredded cheese
  • butter lettuce 
  • 4 slices low sodium bacon
  • Store bought Pico de gallo / Salsa

  1. Cook the bacon and set aside. 
  2. Mix the ground turkey with the seasonings and half the cheese.
  3. Cook four burgers in a skillet or grill pan (use cooking spray). Add cheese towards the end.
  4. Serve the burgers on lettuce with the salsa and bacon on top.
