I love me some pesto!!
- 5 to 6 chicken tenders, cut into 1 in pieces
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp jarred pesto
- Cherry tomatoes
- Place chicken into a storage bag or a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (except for tomatoes) and marinate for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Thread the chicken and cherry tomatoes on 4 or 8 skewers and cook on a grill pan for 20 minutes, turning as needed.
