Don't buy it, make it at home!! I usually triple this recipe and keep in a storage bag. It's quick and simple and you know exactly what is in your Cajun Seasoning! 2 tsp salt 2 tsp garlic powder 2 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes Stir together and store in an airtight container. That's all folks!
