I prefer to control the sodium in my food so I make my own seasoning. I usually triple this recipe and keep it in an airtight container. It's quick and simple and you know exactly what is in your Cajun Seasoning!
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
