When making a new recipe, I tend to go with the original which you can find here on Emily Bites Lemon Chicken Orzo.
Next time, I think I may want to change it up from Orzo to something else. Maybe some cauliflower rice? Quinoa?
Don't get me wrong, this recipe is SO delicious! The lemon hits the spot and the chicken is perfectly tender.
It was a cinch to throw this together for lunches this week. AND, the Weight Watcher Smartpoints are only 8 per 1 1/2 cups. 368 calories...that's a really nice lunch!
