- 2 lbs red potatoes (peeled or not, your choice)
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1-oz packet ranch salad dressing mix
- Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Place the potatoes into the slow cooker, add the cream cheese, milk and ranch dressing mix.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until the spuds mash easily with a potato masher.
