Slow Cooker Ranch Mashed Potatoes


  • 2 lbs red potatoes (peeled or not, your choice)
  • 1 8-oz package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1-oz packet ranch salad dressing mix


  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters.
  2. Place the potatoes into the slow cooker, add the cream cheese, milk and ranch dressing mix.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until the spuds mash easily with a potato masher.
