Asian Chicken with Wild Rice and Peas



Lunch this week! I had Steamfresh Wild Rice in the freezer as well as Steamfresh Peas.

This was a quick and easy lunch to throw together for this week.

1 lb of chicken (a large breast) cut into pieces and marinated with 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger, 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce, 1 tbsp lite soy sauce and 1 tbsp garlic chili sauce.

While the chicken was marinating, I microwaved the rice and the peas.

I sautéed the chicken and divided it up between 4 Tupperware containers then threw in the rice and peas.

Done.

Yeah man. That's how I roll.
