Skillet Pork Chops and Black Bean Salad

Dinner doesn't have to be complicated!

I didn't even follow a recipe for this meal.

I dusted the chops with S&P, garlic powder, onion powder and cumin. Cooked in a medium hot skillet with some olive oil for a few minutes each side.

The black bean salad was just black beans, S&P, diced red pepper, onions, corn and a little olive oil.
