Grilled Chicken

Alas, there are no pictures of the grilled chicken since I was standing in the pouring rain and my guests were circling like a hungry pack of wolves.

But here is the recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • about 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken thighs

Directions:

  1. Trim any fat off the chicken.
  2. Throw together all the spices into a re-sealable bag, then throw the chicken in.
    I like to marinate over night.
  3. Grill the chicken about 6 minutes per side.
