Let's Talk Turkey (and Waffled Tater Tots)

Summer is here! At least for today.

It's been in the 90's the last few days.


Melting Hot.

Especially when you have no AC in your kitchen.

What to do?

Break out the George Foreman and grill up sliders. They cook faster and when it's this hot, I like to eat lighter.

The burgers were too easy. 1 lb ground turkey mixed with some fiesta seasoning and mayo. You know, you gotta have the mayo for moisture! Divide it up into 6 burgers and you're done.

Then I made "them" these Waffled Tater Tots with melting, gooey cheese.
