Quick and Easy (and Delicious) Caprese Pizza Appetizer


Of course you could have this as a meal if you wanted!!

I used Stonefire Flatbread. I love their products! 



I drizzled some olive oil and garlic powder on the bread first. 

Then I spread some ricotta cheese, topped with mozzarella cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes. 

Threw it on the grill for a few minutes and sliced up for appetizer. 

Take about 5 large basil leaves, stack them, roll them and then slice. You get little slivers to sprinkle over the pizza. 

Puuurfect :-)
