Let's talk about how easy this was.
And clean up?
Here was the cast of characters:
A few steaks which I trimmed the fat off of and then diced up.
A bag of those yummy little gold potatoes which I cut into quarters.
A package of broccoli ($1.00 off manager's special!)
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt (about 1 tsp for all the spices)
4 tbsp. olive oil
Mix everything up in a large bowl and divide up between 4 sheets of foil. Wrap the foil tightly.
You can throw them on the grill over high heat for about 10 to 15 minutes but I put them on a cookie sheet and tossed in the oven on 425 for 30 minutes.
And if you use a paper plate? No clean up.
The steak was uber tender!
