Sloppy Joe's for Joe

Here is the batch of Sloppy Joe's I made for my Joe tonight.

He spooned his over a hamburger roll and topped with American cheese.

By the time I went to snap a shot, it was gone!

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 8 oz can tomato sauce

  1. Brown the beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain fat.
  2. Add back to the skillet along with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

Eat it anyway you want!
