It took me literally 5 minutes to throw this together tonight! It's so fresh and doesn't have all that sodium you get in those little packets.
I bet you have every spice in your cabinet you need to make this right now!
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)
- 3 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp black pepper
If you want to make it spicy, add some crushed red pepper or cayenne. I like to make mine tame and then spice up my dish itself if need be.
Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container. I keep mine on a shelf above my counter. I love these Ball glass jars!
