Grilled Turkey or Ham Wrap

These wrap can include whatever you can think up. They are quick and easy to make. They taste delicious! I scanned the pre-packaged turkey and ham until I found one that was 1 pt for 2 oz! People must think I'm crazy when I'm in the grocery store. -:)


  • 1 Tumaros Low Carb Wrap (you can find a location near you at https://www.tumaros.com/)
  • 2 oz deli sliced turkey or ham
  • 1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Banana Peppers (optional)


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam.
  2. Spread the Laughing Cow Cheese on the wrap. 
  3. Layer the turkey or ham, Dijon mustard and banana peppers (if using) and fold over. 
  4. Grill until nicely browned on both sides. 

This makes 1 serving for 3 pts on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
