These wrap can include whatever you can think up. They are quick and easy to make. They taste delicious! I scanned the pre-packaged turkey and ham until I found one that was 1 pt for 2 oz! People must think I'm crazy when I'm in the grocery store. -:)
Ingredients:
- 1 Tumaros Low Carb Wrap (you can find a location near you at https://www.tumaros.com/)
- 2 oz deli sliced turkey or ham
- 1 wedge Laughing Cow Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup Banana Peppers (optional)
Directions:
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with Pam.
- Spread the Laughing Cow Cheese on the wrap.
- Layer the turkey or ham, Dijon mustard and banana peppers (if using) and fold over.
- Grill until nicely browned on both sides.
This makes 1 serving for 3 pts on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
