Oh how exquisite my salmon was tonight! I had this idea pop in my head...what if I mixed horseradish with mustard? Hmmmm...The results were scrumptious! And I got to play mad scientist in the kitchen.
I also threw some of those mini sweet roasted peppers on my dish. I love the char on them. Let's talk pasta below.
- 1 serving Salmon
- 1 tbsp horseradish sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp water
- Mix everything together and slather it on the salmon. Bake in an 400℉ oven for about 15 minutes.
So I wanted to try out this new item from Birds Eye. Zucchini Lentil Pasta. The results were just ok but I would probably eat it again.
This entire meal was 1 point for the 1/2 cup of pasta, everything else was 0 points on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
