Yes, I know I just made this a few weeks ago but it was SO good, it needed a repeat act.
And, I was very surprised by these Green Giant Veggie Tots. I really liked them! It was perfect because Mr. Spatula had regular tater tots but I think mine were better! I highly recommend them. They are filled with broccoli and cheese and are delicious! 4 points for 6 tots. I had 8 for 5 pts.
Ingredients:
- 1 Salmon Fillet
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients and slather on your salmon, reserving some for later.
- Place the salmon and tots on a prepared baking sheet.
- Pop into a 425 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Brush the rest of the mustard mixture on before serving.
Does it get any easier?
The salmon was 1 pt, the tots were 5 pts and the steamed broccoli was 0 on the Weight Watchers Freestyle program.
