Mustard Glazed Salmon & Veggie Tots

Yes, I know I just made this a few weeks ago but it was SO good, it needed a repeat act. 

And, I was very surprised by these Green Giant Veggie Tots. I really liked them! It was perfect because Mr. Spatula had regular tater tots but I think mine were better! I highly recommend them. They are filled with broccoli and cheese and are delicious! 4 points for 6 tots. I had 8 for 5 pts. 


  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder


  1. Mix all ingredients and slather on your salmon, reserving some for later.
  2. Place the salmon and tots on a prepared baking sheet.
  3. Pop into a 425 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. 
  4. Brush the rest of the mustard mixture on before serving. 

Does it get any easier? 

The salmon was 1 pt, the tots were 5 pts and the steamed broccoli was 0 on the Weight Watchers Freestyle program.
