Simple Grilled Chicken

It's not unusual for me to be walking around snacking on a cold piece of chicken. The protein fills me up and gets me through till the next meal. You can season these chicken breast tenders however you want. I like my home made taco seasoning. I use 1/2 tbsp for 0 points. 


1 lb Chicken Breast Tenders
1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning


  1. Place chicken and seasoning in a Ziploc bag. Smush around to coat well.
  2. Refrigerate if you can for an hour. 
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, sprayed with Pam. 
  4. Cook chicken on both sides until cooked through. Temp should be 165. 

This recipe makes 8 tenders at 0 points each on the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
