My first attempt at making Salmon in the Air Fryer. WIN!
This is the AF that I purchased: Power Air Fryer XL
- 1 fillet of Salmon
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add salmon to marinate. I placed mine skin side up and let it sit in the fridge while getting the rest of the meal together.
- I pre-heated the fryer to 400 this time. I don't think it really makes a difference. It's all trial and error at this point.
- Spray basket and then place salmon skin side down. Cook for 8 minutes.
I served it with some leftover roasted veggies, these amazing Broccoli & Cheese Bites and 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard. Delish!
