Sriracha Chicken

Crazy delicious spicy chicken! And SO easy!

Chicken breasts can be huge so I like to pound them out a bit and then slice in half. They go further and cook evenly. I used 2 chicken breasts for this recipe so we have two left over for lunches this week. 


  • 2 chicken breasts, pounded out to even thickness and halved lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Mix all ingredients together well in a re-sealable bag and marinate the chicken for about an hour. 
  2. Grill or saute until chicken is cooked through. You want it to be at 165. 

I sautéed onions and mini pierogis and steamed broccoli to round out our dinner.
