Crazy delicious spicy chicken! And SO easy!
Chicken breasts can be huge so I like to pound them out a bit and then slice in half. They go further and cook evenly. I used 2 chicken breasts for this recipe so we have two left over for lunches this week.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, pounded out to even thickness and halved lengthwise
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together well in a re-sealable bag and marinate the chicken for about an hour.
- Grill or saute until chicken is cooked through. You want it to be at 165.
I sautéed onions and mini pierogis and steamed broccoli to round out our dinner.
Delicious!
