Greek Chicken Bowl
There are SO many variations of a Greek Chicken Bowl. It all depends on what you like. For me, it all depends on what's in my fridge cause I like it all!
I already had chicken cooked so I just added some cauliflower rice, red onion, cucumber slices, a couple kalamata olives, already roasted veggies and 2 tbsp of Tzatziki sauce.
Heaven!
Normally, I always have roasted veggies and cooked chicken in the fridge. What to do with it mostly depends on what else I have.
I seriously could eat this everyday.
This recipe makes 1 serving at 2 pts on Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
