Sometimes I want a little more than yogurt and fruit for breakfast which is when I Fridge Surf for ingredients!
I had some leftover chicken sausage (Nature's Promise is 2 pts), roasted veggies, eggs and cheese. No brainer right? And one lonely Tumaro wrap!
I mixed together 2 eggs, S&P, diced chicken sausage, veggies and 1/4 cup of Kraft fat free mozzarella cheese. Cook it up real quick over medium heat in a sprayed skillet and then spread into the wrap. Fold it over and put it back in the skillet (give another quick spray) on low to medium heat. I have a foil wrapped brick that I use to weigh it down so it gets crispy on the outside. Cut into thirds and you have an excellent breakfast for only 3 pts!
Heaven!! Top it with some salsa or sriracha like I did or some light sour cream for extra points.
