Summer is here and it's a tad humid here in PA. My husband doesn't like to eat hot food when he is hot, so I make an effort to serve cold dinners as much as possible.
It benefits me as well since the meals tend to be simpler!
I just adore the Star Kist pouches of tuna. Especially the Buffalo Style. Sometimes I just spread it on some Wasa crackers for a snack. Lip smacking good!
I grabbed what was in the fridge plus my Cut Da Carb wraps and went to town.

Ingredients:
- 2 pouches of Buffalo Style Tuna
- Chopped cucumber
- Diced celery
- Minced red onion
- Handful of lettuce
- 2 hard boiled eggs
Directions:
- Mix everything together in a bowl.
- Toss some lettuce on the flat bread then distribute the mixture between 2 wraps.
- Roll gently! Slice and eat!
I didn't really measure anything since the only ingredient that has points is the flat bread. Just eye ball it.
This recipe is 2 servings at 2 points each on Weight Watchers Freestyle Program.
Enjoy!
