Hard boiled eggs are a must in our house. I cut them up for salads, mix them with pesto, eat them whole as a snack and, yes, I even share them with my husband.
And they are so easy to peel! A few people have told me they had issues with peeling so I decided to throw together a video to show you how I do it.
First, though, here is how you cook hard boiled eggs:
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Pot
- Water
Directions:
- Place the eggs in a roomy pot and then cover with cold water.
- Turn on the burner and as soon as the water comes to a good boil, turn off the heat, move the pot to another burner, cover and set your timer for 15 minutes.
- After the time is up, use a slotted spoon to move the eggs to a colander in your sink. Run cold water over them for a few minutes until you can handle the eggs.
Then, here is the video on how to peel them!
Run your spoon under water every few eggs to keep it from junking up .
Enjoy!
