Baked Pesto Tomato

What to do when you have a 1/2 of a tomato? No worries!

I took 1 tbsp. of Basil Pesto and topped it with 1 tbsp. fat free mozzarella cheese. Baked in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. 


This recipe is 2 points on Weight Watchers Freestyle Program. 

Note: The wrap was just a 1/2 Lavash Flatbread with some grilled chicken, roasted veggies and a 1/4 cup of Cheddar cheese. Rolled up and lightly grilled in a skillet for 1 point. 

If you have the basics, I find it's so easy to throw a meal together for very low points.
