Salmon Bowl #showmeyoursalmonbowls

My grocery store has very large fillets of salmon that I just love! I slice them down into correct portions, wrap individually and freeze in a large Ziploc. Whenever I want a piece of fish, I pop one into the fridge to defrost. Easy! 

I decided to go for a Salmon bowl today. That's cauliflower rice, sliced cucumbers and red onion (done on my nifty mandolin! see below) and the salmon is topped with a little spicy BBQ sauce. 

Now you could so easily change this up and add an Asian flare to it with a touch of soy sauce mixed with apple cider vinegar and then sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top.
