I'm so in love with this marinade! I whipped it up last week and froze some chicken drumsticks with it. Cannot wait to try them out on the grill soon.
Then I whipped up another batch, topped my salmon and baked it in the oven for 13 minutes on 450. They came out perfect and so delicious!
You've really got to try it and it can be put on anything.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- juice of 1/2 a lemon (you can use the other half to slice and lay on top of the salmon while cooking)
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, whisk to incorporate.
