Holiday Meal 2016

I told you all earlier this week that I was cooking for all the kids and grand kids for our Christmas party. Healthy meals designed for me go right out the window! They won't eat zoodles or kale. There are some picky eaters. So I go with what I know they will eat; for the most part!

Chicken Parm Lasagna

I made two trays of this bad boy and a lot of leftovers went home with the kids.

Always a great go-to meal and it goes far.

Scalloped Potatoes

I thought this would be more time consuming but with my mandolin, I made quick work in slice the potatoes.

After cooking for days, hosting the party and cleaning up; today I got to take all the Christmas decorations down!

Thankful for my kids coming over to carry everything up to the attic where they will sit till next year. Waiting for me.

Hmmmm, what should I make for dinner? Reservations it is!
